TerrAMAGICA Young Business Leaders Program

Through its Young Business Leaders Program (YBLP), TerraMagica trains the next generation of Uganda’s business sector. The YBLP is an interdisciplinary training program that equips university graduates with core work skills, preparing program participants either to enter the employment sector or to start their own businesses. Using a standardized 12-week curriculum, TerraMagica delivers training that covers a range of business skills, while also offering tailored career and skill development within each trainee’s professional area.

Alongside the formal training, YBLP participants receive diverse, hands-on exposure to real-life business operations. They take on direct roles in TerraMagica's operations and help shape the company’s development. YBLP trainees have a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing company and to work closely with the company leadership. Their involvement cuts across multiple areas of management, including compliance, finance, personnel, strategy, sales and marketing, procurement, production, and research and development.

After an impactful first cycle of the program in 2025, TerraMagica is now gradually scaling the initiative to reach more members of the young workforce in Uganda.

Location: Kampala

Time Period: July – September 2026

Eligibility: The program is open to final-year bachelor’s degree student in any academic field, including business administration, marketing, finance, law, engineering, computer science, and food science and technology.
