1. General Policy
This Policy relates to “Personal Data”, which we define as information about you from which you can be identified. Personal Data may be recorded in any form. Personal Data does not include aggregated or anonymized information from which it is not possible to identify you.
We respect your privacy, and we are committed to protecting your Personal Data. In the sections that follow, we cover several topics related to Personal Data, including the type of data we collect from you, our use of this data, and your privacy rights.

2. What data do we collect about you?
In the course of our Services, we collect information about our customers, prospective customers, and other individuals with whom we interact. The type of Personal Data that we collect depends on the nature of our relationship with you. As a general rule, we seek to collect only the minimally amount of Personal Data that we need for our activities. The following table shows the Personal Data that we may collect from you.
3. What legal bases do we rely on to collect your information?
We only collect your Personal Data when we believe it is necessary, and when we have valid legal grounds to do so under applicable law. Depending on the requirements of your jurisdiction, we may rely on the following legal bases to collect or use your Personal Data:
-
Consent. We may collect or use your information if you have given us consent to use your Personal Data for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
-
Performance of a Contract. We may collect or use your Personal Data to fulfill our contractual obligations with you, including providing our Services and fulfilling your product orders.
-
Legitimate Interests. We may collect or use your Personal Data to achieve our legitimate business interests, provided that those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms. Examples include improving our services, preventing fraud, and conducting direct marketing (where permitted by law).
-
Legal Obligations. We may collect or use your Personal Data to comply with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
-
Vital Interests. We may collect or use your Personal Data where we believe it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.
4. Do we collect data about children?
Our websites and other digital platforms are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 years or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if it is different from 18 years. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children through our websites or other digital platforms without explicit, verifiable, and written parental or guardian consent.
However, given that we have products that may be consumed or used by children, and given that we may use children in our marketing materials, we may collect and process certain Personal Data about children in other contexts. If we collect Personal Data about a child, such as their name, age, or photograph for use in marketing, we will do so only with the explicit, verifiable, and written consent of a parent or legal guardian. We are legally obligated to protect the data of minors and will treat such data with heightened security measures.
If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child without the required parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete the information from our records as soon as possible, in accordance with applicable laws. If you believe that we have collected, used, stored, or disclosed Personal Data of a child under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), please contact us using the contact information below so that we can take appropriate action.
5. Is it mandatory for you to share your data with us?
Sharing certain data is necessary for the provision of our core services. However, you have the right to decline or withdraw consent for data processing that is not essential for the service. Please note that opting out of certain data collection may limit your ability to access some features or services.
6. What are the consequences if you do not share your data with us?
Refusing to share data that is essential for the provision of a specific service will prevent us from providing that service to you. However, you will still be able to use other services or features that do not require that data. The consequences of not sharing data are limited to the inability to use the specific features that require such information.
7. How do we collect your data?

10. How do we store your data?
We store your Personal Data in accordance with reasonable security measures to prevent unlawful or unauthorized processing and accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or damage. These measures include data encryption, access controls, and a commitment to ongoing security assessments. However, no method of information transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data. Any transmission of Personal Data is at your own risk.
11. Where do we store your data?
While we may store your Personal Data in your country, we may also have it transferred to, processed, or viewed in another country, where allowed by applicable laws. We may transfer your Personal Data to a recipient in another jurisdiction or receive your Personal Data from a provider in another jurisdiction. When determining the retention period for your Personal Data, we take into account the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the data, the purposes for which we use the data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to use your Personal Data, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
13. Do we use cookies and/or other tracking technologies?
Our websites may use cookies and other tracking technologies, including web beacons or tracking pixels, to enhance your browsing experience, analyze site usage, and support our marketing efforts.
